Return Policy

There is a restocking fee of $5.00 per item or 15%, which ever is larger, on all returned items. Returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date, have all original packing materials provided by the manufacturer and must be in resalable condition. Shipping is NON-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer. Our order operators are not trained to offer technical or requirement advice; therefore, they will not be held liable for misinformation. We do suggest that our customers feel free to contact our Product Information Department - if they have any questions prior to placing an order. Gift wrapping fees, if applicable, are not refundable. ALL CLAIMS FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING GOODS.

Note: If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any credit.

Some items are not returnable to us. These are items where the manufacturer's warranty is in effect, software that has been registered or activated , where opening the package results in damage to security seals and electronic devices including, but not limited to: computers, printers, phones, display devices, televisions, video players, projectors, memory, storage devices, music players, cameras, copy machines, laminators, calculators, scanners, GPS units. In the case of these items and other similar items the manufactures remedies will need to be pursued.

Many items, if opened, can only be returned for a one-to-one replacement with the same product. The items may include software, consumables such as ink, toner, paper, films, tape, batteries, labels, blank media and similar items.

Coupons & Discounts: If a coupon discount was applied to an order, and the item being returned is such that if it were not on the order the coupon could not have been used, the discount that was applied to the order will be deducted from any credit due from the return. If you purchased from our site using a percentage off coupon, you will only receive a credit for the percentage of the total that you actually paid. For example, if you used a 10% OFF coupon on a purchase that totaled $30, you will only receive a credit for $27.

To have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to your return, please contact the Return Department - include the Order Number, the name on the order, the product name you would like to return, and the reason for the return. A technical support person will e-mail you back regarding your request. If the return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc. in new and resalable condition and free of any markings or damage. Rebated items cannot have been submitted for rebates - all forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned along with the UPC bar code and/or peel off rebate sticker intact on the box as it was originally shipped to you. The product must not have been registered (or activated if applicable).

Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number, RMA number and a detailed description of the problem with the return. If returned materials are not received within 15 days of the invoice date, we will be unable to issue a credit. Return authorizations will not be re-issued.

Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, we will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, we will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the customer for the return.

International Order Returns: The Customer will be responsible for return freight, Taxes, Duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to us.

Unless otherwise indicated in the product description, all software runs under North American English versions of the Windows operating system. We do not guarantee compatibility with other language versions.
