American Conquest: Divided Nation
The 19th century. North America. A time and place of turmoil
that, once the smoke cleared and the blood washed away, would leave a nation
forever changed:
- Bravely, an outnumbered ragtag American militia, supported by pirates and
privateers, fought off the British in a grueling series of contests during
the Battle of New Orleans.
- "Remember the Alamo!" was but one Texan war cry as they clashed
with a numerically superior Mexican army, each determined to defend their
respective territorial claims.
- Brother fought against brother, forced to choose the Union blue or the
Confederacy gray; meanwhile names like Robert E. Lee, "Stonewall"
Jackson, Ulysses S. Grant, Antietam and Gettysburg filled the pages of
history, their footnotes written in blood, sweat and tears.
American Conquest: Divided Nation is a real-time strategy game based upon
events in 19th century American history. Building upon the successful American
Conquest series, Divided Nation offers nine historically inspired campaigns that
span the American Civil War, the Texas War for Independence and the Battle of
New Orleans.
Features:
- Research and employ improvements, fortify your positions, wisely manage
resources, and lead your troops to victory in furious real-time battles.
- Nine massive campaigns. Walk in the footsteps of famous Generals
including Sam Houston, Robert E. Lee, and Ulysses S. Grant, and prove your
military mettle in more than 40 of this nation's dramatic 19th century
battles.

Union, the Confederacy, Texas and Mexico. Prove your military prowess
in single-player mode, or demolish the ambitions of would-be armchair
generals online.

historically accurate, immersive experience.

guns, explosives, combat engineers, 19th century infantry, cavalry or
