in the shoes of hacker Thomas Anderson. Without any combat moves, weapons
training or even the knowledge of the "real word" it is up to you to
train your mind and body. As Neo, you must learn to fight and bend the
rules of the Matrix - and ultimately discover if You are truly the One.
You may have the films, but now you will learn firsthand that it is not enough
to know the path - you must walk the path. While experiencing your
favorite Matrix action sequences, you will meet new challenges, scenes,
storylines, battles and characters along the way. Once you are the One
and make it to a final showdown with Agent Smith, the fate of the human
race will be in your hands.
Before you can wave away bullets with your bare hands, you will start out as a
hacker on the run. Your advancement in the levels of the game parallels
the evolution of Neo's consciousness. As you progress, you will unlock new
moves and abilities, getting you closer to being the One and saving the human
race.

Everything in The Matrix: Path of Neo was
written and directed by the Wachowski Brothers.
As Neo, you'll find yourself in all the
key scenes from The Matrix trilogy. You will train with
Morpheus, take on heavily armed SWAT officers and fight
hand-to-hand against swarms of Agents.
There are new battles and fight scenes
created just for The Matrix: Path of Neo game including a new
ending to the trilogy - which you control.
As Neo evolves through the game, you will
learn all the skills to become the One, such as how to instantly
revise, use your focus and code-visions powers, and even fly.
In addition to "guns, lots of guns" each
with different gameplay experiences, The Matrix: Path of Neo
features a wide array of melee weapons. Neo can slice and
dice with swords pulled from the walls of the Merovingian's
Chateau or wield a katana against an array of coded samurai in an
intense training sessions.
The Matrix: Path of Neo alternates
between Hollywood-style gameplay sequences and edited scenes from
The Matrix trilogy.
Do you know kung fu? You'll have to
prove it, building Neo's skills in training missions that explore
never-before-seen corners of The Matrix. Take on gangs of
axe-wielding thugs, and riddle a Chinese teahouse with bullets and
turn Neo in the ultimate fighting machine.
You'll race against the clock to save Morpheus and fend off hundreds of
Agent Smiths in many exhilarating scenes that push the limits of gaming.
