NHL 2K9 (Playstation 2) by 2K Games

The 2K series has driven a Zamboni over previous NHL games to create a hockey experience that's as pure and inviting as a fresh sheet of ice. NHL 2K9 for PlayStation 2 has been rebuilt to put the fun back in the game - the realistic details and gameplay you have come to expect are here, but you will experience them with revamped controls that are much easier to use. All-new in-game presentation features enhanced player animations, commentary, and enhanced online content, plus a user-friendly franchise mode. There is even a Zamboni mini-game, a new fighting engine, and even play-off beards.
