Downloaded this on my computer and was prompted to validate. Repeated tries to validate failed. Spoke to Mcafee a half dozen times and they could not get it validated. My computer kept giving me the message that there were problems with McAfee. I was unable to understand their customer service personel (they were in India). I finally uninstalled the program and downloaded MSN's free program. It is working very well. Will never buy another Mcafee product.
I would not buy this product again.

I don't like it. When I first installed it, it took a very long time to download all the updates which had been issued since the CD was marketed. Yet it seems that every time I turn on the computer, this message pops up that my computer is not protected and that I should connect to the net to download updates. When I do connect to the net, that little horse shoe turns round and round and yet it says I've downloaed maybe 1%. It just takes too long!!
