This flexible system features a host adapter with an on-board RISC processor that allows you to connect up to 64 RS-232 or RS-422 serial ports to a PCI-based system. The result is a fast, reliable way to connect terminals, printers, modems, instruments and other serial peripherals, making it ideal for applications such as data acquisition, office/factory automation, and industrial process control.
