Cons: Need hard drivers to run, Hard To Install or Upgrade, Crashes or Freezes

I had this product before and it was great,unfortunately we have been unable to use the program this time because of hard driver errors.Even after downloading the needed drivers we cannot get program to run. Too bad as it is an excellent teaching program for both adults and children.
