Pros: Easy To Navigate, Lots Of Information

Believe or not, I used MS Bookshelf 98 for over 10 years as a dictionary at my finger tip with both explanation and pronunciation. I finally upgraded to Encarta Dictionary Tools which is a part of Encarta Reference Library 2004. One may get all the information online from Enarta Web site, but having a dictionary at the finger tip showing the possible words being looked up while one types without depending on Internet connection is a much better experience.
