The Trident Aegis Case for iPod Touch 4th Generation offers fully-encapsulated protection with creative design to keep your iPod Touch safe and unharmed without compromising its advanced functionality. Its silicone layer is in direct contact with your iPod Touch with a hard, polycarbonate shell on the outside to provide two layers of protection.  Independently tested to survive 26 drops onto concrete from 4ft. above the ground, the four corners are reinforced with double-thick silicone which insulates the iPod from everything including light bumps to violent drops with a unique shock-absorbing design.  Convenient silicone plugs cover power-ports and audio-jacks to keep out dirt and debris while the included 3.5mm audio jack extender allows you to enjoy calls and tunes from your favorite wired headset.  The Trident Aegis Case for iPod Touch 4th Generation also comes with a scratch and smudge-resistant screen protector to keep the screen safe without sacrificing responsiveness.
