Strap broke

The first time I used this for carrying groceries, i rolled it from the car, and picked it up to put on my shoulder to carry inside. When I did, the fastener on the strap broke. I may be able to repair it, but I expected it to last longer than 5 minutes. I can still use it as a rolling cart, but the strap cannot be used for a shoulder tote.
