  • A Perle Authorized On-Site Service Provider will provide repair service for the Perle Product at the Purchaser's installation site
  • Contingent upon the availability of a service technician, the Perle Authorized On-Site Service Provider will use their best efforts to arrive at the installation site within 4 hours after confirmation from Perle where service is required
  • Hotline technical support is available free of charge between 9am and 5pm EST

    • Note:

  • If the Purchaser has not registered the installation site at least 10 days prior to requiring service Perle has the option of providing on-site service or providing an alternate means of system repair
