General Information

SIIG's DP 8-Port Industrial RS-232 Universal PCI Adapter Card is a high performance adapter card designed to easily add 8 RS-232 serial ports with 15KVDC ESD protection to your PCI enabled desktop computer. Its serial interface delivers data transfer rates up to 921.6Kb/s and features 15KVDC ESD protection to protect both connected devices and the board itself from Electro Static Discharge. This dual-profile universal PCI adapter card connects to your serial devices with a space saving VHDI68 to 8-port DB9 cable and comes with a spare low profile bracket to install in both standard height and low-profile systems to offer the utmost flexibility in system chassis installation.

The DP 8-Port Industrial RS-232 Universal PCI Adapter Card is FCC and CE approved and RoHS compliant. It is fully compatible with a wide variety of Windows operating systems and is backed by SIIG's limited lifetime warranty.
