Filters help protect your investmentAll projectors produce heat, and a fan is built in to cool the projector. As air is pulled in to cool the projector, dust can settle on the internal components and reduce the projector's lamp life or dull the image. DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) is a standard for handling, storing, printing and transmitting medical imaging information. DICOM includes a file format definition, as well as network communications protocol. The projector’s DICOM simulation mode enables users to reproduce images with a gray level that closely matches DICOM Part 14 (via the Grayscale Standard Display Function). This mode is ideal for viewing grayscale medical images, such as X-rays, for training and educational purposes in medical institutions.
