• Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, or DOS installed, or a boot diskette from one of these operating systems with access to the CD/DVD drive
• Intel Pentium or higher processor
• Partitioning operations requires 64 MB RAM while running. For some operations, such as resize or conversion of very large partitions, significant additional RAM might be necessary
• 20 MB of unused hard disk space for installation (less for Windows 9x/Me or DOS)
• Windows or DOS installed (NTFS/FAT32 or FAT), or you must have a primary FAT partition on the first drive below 8 GB or a primary FAT32 partition anywhere on the drive
• CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive for installation
• Acrobat Reader 5 or higher to access the online user's guide
• Optional: Two 1.44 MB diskettes ready to make the optional utility and restart diskettes
• For systems without diskette drives, the System Commander program CD is bootable and can be used for directly running Partition Commander and its restart feature, or you can create a bootable CD/DVD from the included ISO image.
