This is the second Kensington Mini Wired Optical Mouse I have purchased. Definitely a happy camper here.
As far as I'm concerned, you can't beat the quality and value of this mouse! The smaller size is especially handy for ladies to use, my wife really likes that feature.

Nice enough when compared to the touchpad but that hardly represents an endorsement. I must have larger than average hands, but the more I used this mouse, the worse things became, until my hand was near to cramping. I went to a dollar store [surprise to me] and got a dirt cheap pointing device, and in two minutes my hand started feeling better. Would not likely buy again.

The mini-mouse is an ideal tool to fight carpal tunnel syndrome!
I'm a crotchety old geezer of well over 200 lbs. and an experienced hunt and peck typist. Well into retirement, I spend way too much time on a computer and using a mouse. My wrist got so sore I thought I'd have to find a new hobby.
I ran across a mini USB mouse and thought I'd give it a try to relieve the wrist pain.
Voila', what a change! I went back to the store to get a couple more mice but they were all gone.
I found a couple online, Brand X, and ordered two more. One died in a few months and I'm still using the other.
When I saw the Kensington brand mini mouse I ordered a couple more. I've used Kensington products over the years and have never had a complaint.
If you have a sore wrist from computer use give the mini mouse a shot. The price is right and you might be pleasantly surprised what a narrower mouse might do for you!
