Terms and conditions vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer, but typically, you'll fill in a coupon form, attach a copy of your NothingButSavings.com invoice, and mail it directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then usually mail back a check for the rebate amount. Most Manufacturer's Mail-in Rebate offers are only valid for a USA or Canadian address Only, and are Limited to one Rebate per product, per household, per Company, per address.
